DISCOUNTED Mallard Duck Vase 519

Entirely handcrafted ceramic vase. This vase stands 5 inches tall and features four hand-painted Mallard ducks. 

DISCOUNTED: This vase has such a thin coat of glaze, that the texture is slightly matte and drips are visible down the side. There is also a patch of exposed unglazed clay, and stray flecks of black paint. All seen in photo 5. These flaws do not affect the function of the vase. 

Each piece from Stott Mountain Pottery is handmade and truly one of a kind. Variations in glaze, including slight pooling, movement, or areas of opacity are natural results of the firing process and part of what gives handmade pottery its character. Because each piece is created and finished by hand, slight variations in texture, brushwork, and surface feel may also occur. These features are not considered defects, but rather a reflection of authentic craftsmanship and the individuality of each piece.

That said, if you are unhappy with your piece for any reason, returns are accepted for a refund. Items must be shipped back at the buyer’s expense and must arrive safely in their original condition (free of chips, cracks, or damage) to be eligible for a refund.
